Terracotta Very porous, absorbs moisture quickly. Especially susceptible to citric acids, alcohols, oils, and vinegar, which can leave spots. Must be sealed properly to prevent re-soiling, staining and discoloration.

- We inspect your terracotta Tile floor:
This is to identify any limitations like stain removal, loss of loose grout surrounding surfaces sensitive to cleaning solutions and any other areas that needs consideration before the cleaning starts
- We protect your walls and furniture:
This is to limit over spray on to sensitive areas during the Terracotta til and grout cleaning process. Please note no guarantee can be made that materials that is extremely sensitive to moisture might not show some form of exposure to our cleaning solutions.
- Dry soil removal:
We will remove any dry soil and dirt before any water based cleaning takes place .Apply cleaning solution to the floor/wall: This can be by means of sprayer or directly from a container with pre-mixed cleaning solutions.

- Rinse Process:
Slurry (Dirt from the floor and cleaning solution mixed together) with our pressurized cleaning equipment. Sometimes we have to repeat the cleaning process as described above to ensure optimum results.
- Drying to Receive the Sealing Process:
After the cleaning process has been completed, we will clean up and dry any areas. In cases where stone or tile has a high porosity, drying can take up to 12- 24 hours.
7.Terracotta Coating Sealer or impregnator:
A topical sealer adds a coating and a sheen finish as seen Above on After picture. This is done to protect against spills or other contaminants causing permanent stains and also make on-going maintenance easier. Impregnation: Application of a top quality impregnator also can reduce the porosity of the tile and grout . The Impregnator penetrates below the surface of the stone and grout and act as a repellent for any liquid based spills. Applying Impregnator to stone/grout will allow for a natural (matt) finish to the stone/tile and grout.
