What is Sandstone and what for?
Sandstone floor tiles are available in a variety of colours, surface finishes and sizes and can therefore provide the appropriate look for any flooring project. This floor tile choice can make a room look individual and unique. The initial outlay for stone flooring can seem costly; however, when identifying the benefits of natural stone flooring in both domestic and commercial properties, it becomes clear that this luxurious and exclusive option is cost effective because of its durability and longevity. Flagstone flooring will add dimension and can be used in an array of ways to create an impressive and decorative look, if you own one of these stone floors you need to seal it for easier maintenance; once sealed appropriately, flagstone flooring benefits from a low maintenance care routine.
6 Step Cleaning and Restoration Process:
1: We inspect your floor before the cleaning process 2: We Protect Your Walls and Furniture This is to limit overspray on to sensitive areas during the cleaning process.3: Agitation This is done by means of a rotary cleaning machine or by hand depending on the areas to be cleaned. 4: Rinse Slurry (Dirt from the floor and cleaning solution mixed together) with our pressurised cleaning equipment. We sometimes have to repeat the cleaning process as described above to ensure optimum results. 5: Drying After the cleaning process has been completed, we will clean up and dry any areas. In cases where the stone or tile has a high porosity, drying can take up to 12- 24 hours. 6: Impregnator Sealer The Impregnator penetrates below the surface of the stone and grout and acts as a repellent for any liquid based spills, and also makes on-going maintenance easier.
